THE POLYESTERS are the Southwest's Premiere Disco Party Band. This band was put together by five child musical sensations that were all children of several huge disco stars of the 70's. The bassist, Stoney LaGroove, searched the internet, the newspaper and finally the bus depot to put together an awesome disco party band. Julius, Donald, Polly, Tres and Stoney have all seen the rise, the fall, the rise, the fall, the slight hump, the big fall and the inevitable current resurgence of America's favorite party music...DISCO!!!!!!!!!!! Stone's father, Albert "Slappy" LaGroove, was the very driving force behind the thriving Milwaukee disco scene back in October of 1977 and Stoney is bringing that same energy and passion to the Southwest with his band THE POLYESTERS. If you want a disco party like no other, THE POLYESTERS are your band!!!
